High-beam Indicator not Illuminating

>the light indicating that the high beam headlights are on has burned
>out. can anyone please describe how to replace

Be sure to check that both of your Hi-Beam lights are working. When one of the other high beam lights go out your hi-beam indicator will cease to light up.
If one of them is out check the fuse first, then the actual lamp.
