What Is It?

Wires/Connector just under Cruise Control Servo

[The cruise control vacuum servo is located within the left front fender. It is necessary to remove the plastic splash guard from under the fender in order to gain access to the unit.]

While installing my new cruise control cable I noticed a pair of wires and connector just below the control unit that are not attached to anything. What is this pair of wires?

Those wires are the lead and ground for the Euro side marker light (not used in USA cars). BTW, the lead may be live, so be sure not to let it touch ground.
