Rear Bumper Cover Removal Tips, pre '86

I can nicely detail the procedure for *easily* removing the pre '86 rear bumper cover (for resealing & tail light cluster/wiring access) if anyone is interested. I noticed several people complaining of difficulty accessing the 8mm nuts hidden behind the fuel fill tube-- I was easily able to reach the upper 4 nuts using a 10" long 1/4" drive wobble extension. I went for all but the top nut from beneath the fill tube, but had to snake the extension around/above/behind the fill tube to reach the top most nut. The tool of choice for the lower 2 nuts is an offset ratcheting 8mm box wrench, (indeed, there is no room for a socket, thanks to the fuel fill tube.)
